Ground-level containers are a popular option in the construction world because they provide a comfortable, quick-to-implement workspace.

BEI’s ground-level container offices are 8’ wide but come in 10’, 20’, and 40’ lengths. We offer short-term rentals without contracts as well as long-term leasing options. These units are fully equipped with heat and air conditioning, lights, electricity, and data access—everything you could need at a remote job site or office annex.

For customization needs, our sibling company UNCONTAINED has you covered with things like interior/exterior painting, shelving and cabinets, and accessibility ramps.

Keep goods and equipment secure, clean, and dry.

Whether your need is commercial, industrial, or residential, containers are an excellent option for storage. Because they are ground-level, they offer easy access and can be moved to various locations. They come in two different heights and a range of sizes to fit specific site needs. When locked, shipping containers are secure.  And because they are wind- and water-tight, containers protect their contents from the elements as well as rodents or insects.

We can also provide container additions such as loading ramps and shelving racks, so you have everything you need to securely store materials and equipment.

Short- and long-term rentals.

BEI offers short- or long-term rentals of ground-level portable storage containers ranging in size from 10′ to 45′. Sometimes called Conex boxes, they are made of heavy gauge steel and provide great structural integrity and security. We offer ramps upon request.

New “One-Trip” Container

These units were recently built overseas and loaded up once to make the delivery to the U.S. more cost-effective. Once offloaded stateside, BEI receives the unit and makes it available to customers as a new container used just once.

Cargo-Worthy

These are typically 10- to 15-year-old containers that have been in the overseas container leasing industry for their lifetime. Though they often have dents and scratches, these units are usually in better physical and cosmetic condition than the Wind and Water Tight containers.

Wind & Water Tight (WWT)

These are also typically 10- to 15-year-old containers that have been in the overseas container leasing industry for their lifetime. They will have typical dents and scratches, but will not have any holes in the body or door, and the door seals will be in good working order.
